He says they can't afford to just hand the reins to Williams, the search must take place as planned

Daryl Ruiter joined Andy and Jeff to talk about the final 2 weeks of the Browns regular season and the changes under Gregg Williams and company.

He talked about what has changed in the last 6 weeks, whether this would be a playoff team under different circumstances and what the team wants to accomplish in the final 2 games.

He talked about what Williams and Kitchens have done which is different than the previous regime and also spoke to the Browns Pro Bowl selections and what that means moving forward. Last he spoke about the coaching search and how quickly it may come together after the regular season ends.
