Indians-Blue Jays postponed Saturday and Sunday

Games will be made up Thursday, May 3rd

Cleveland, OH (92.3 The Fan) - The Cleveland Indians announced that their Sunday game against the Toronto Blue Jays has been postponed due to inclement weather, not long after postponing the two sides' Saturday contest. The games have been rescheduled for a double-header on Thursday, May 3, beginning at 1:10 PM.

Corey Kluber was expected to be start Sunday's contest against scheduled Jays starter Jaime Garcia. The Blue Jays announced they will push back their starters a day, while the Indians did not give any further information on their rotation headed to Puerto Rico.

Fans with tickets marked April 14th who want to attend the May 3rd makeup can do so without any exchange necessary. Fans with tickets to the April 15th contest who plan on attending the May 3rd doubleheader must exchange their tickets for a ticket dated May 3rd, subject to availability. Starting Tuesday, April 17, fans can exchange their tickets online at for a ticket to see both games on May 3rd, but must be made by midnight on Friday, April 27.

Those with tickets to the April 14th game will be given priority for the doubleheader.

The team announced that fans holding tickets for April 14th and cannot attend the May 3rd makeup can exchange those tickets for one of two games: Friday, May 11 or Saturday, May 12. Those with tickets for April 15th who cannot attend on May 3rd may exchange tickets for one of two games: Sunday, June 17th or Wednesday, June 20.
