Jason La Canfora joined Andy and Jeff to break down the mess in Berea.

He said it's crazy that John Dorsey was stuck with Hue Jackson in the first place and that the job might not be entirely desirable just because of the problems ownership seems to pose.

He detailed the Jackson/Haley falling out and mentioned Baker Mayfield's development as the key moving forward, as well as something that makes it a desirable job.

They also talked about the power structure and what the ideal next head coach will look like.
