Cleveland (92.3 The Fan) - It took J.R. Smith less than a minute of preseason action to knock down a triple, scuffle with Aron Baynes and cause Marcus Smart's ejection from the second matchup of the preseason between the Cavs and Celtics.

Smith was pure on his first three-point attempt of the year, but the real fireworks occured on the ensuing possession. As Smith tried to front Baynes in the post, Baynes yanked down and spun around with his arm locked to Smith's.

After Smith shoved Baynes, an incensed Smart went after Smith. Jayson Tatum wisely restrained Smart and the situation was de-escalated, but not before Smart was ejected and Smith assessed a technical foul.

Baynes and Smith also drew double personal fouls for the original scrum.
