Kendrick Perkins "greeted" Kevin Durant after Game 3 of the NBA Finals on Wednesday night, and Durant responded.

It was a quick moment, and you might have missed it if you weren't paying attention during Durant's press conference after dropping 43 points in a Warriors' win.

First, per The Athletic's Jason Lloyd, here's how it all started.

On his way out of the arena, Kendrick Perkins stopped in the hallway and stuck his head in the interview room to see who was at the podium. When he saw it was Kevin Durant, Perk saluted him — with two middle fingers raised high over his massive frame.

Interesting move by Perkins, who hasn't seen meaningful minutes with the Cavs since he signed on as basically a bodyguard in a suit.

Here's how Durant (silently) responded.

Just some fun expletive-laden ribbing between two former teammates.

Durant and Perkins have to be best friends, no?

With the Warriors leading the NBA Finals over the Cavs 3-0, who knows, maybe Perkins will see some time on the floor in Game 4.
