Cleveland, OH (92.3 The Fan) – LaVar Ball’s youngest son, LaMelo, is coming to northeast Ohio to play high school basketball.

LaVar Ball announced on Twitter Tuesday afternoon that LaMelo, now a senior, will play for Spire Prep Academy in Geneva, Ohio.

LaMelo Ball had been enrolled at Chino Hills High School before LaVar Ball pulled him out and had him play overseas with his brother LiAngelo in Lithuania.

LaVar Ball is also the father of Lakers guard Lonzo Ball.

LiAngelo Ball went undrafted after withdrawing from UCLA following a suspension that followed an arrest during a team trip to China. It is expected that he will play in the G-league this year.

The out-spoken LaVar Ball founded ‘Big Baller Brand’ and ruffled feathers with the Lakers by speaking out regularly regarding Lonzo Ball’s play and role with the team, but he has been quiet since the arrival of LeBron James.
