Kluber up for Cy Young, Ramirez in running for MVP

Cleveland, OH - (92.3 The Fan) - The Cleveland Indians will have two players in the running for major awards this off-season, pitcher Corey Kluber and infielder Jose Ramirez.

It was announced that Kluber is a finalist for the American League Cy Young Award.  Kluber is trying for his second Cy Young in a row and third overall after winning 20 games this past season.

Jose Ramirez is a finalist for the American League Most Valuable Player as he became just the 25th player in Major League history to have at least 30 homers, 30 steals, 100 runs and 100 runs batted in. 

The American League Cy Young winner will be announced on November 14th, while the A-L MVP will be announced the following night, November 15th.
