Scott Petrak joined Andy and Jeff to break down the hiring of Freddie Kitchens and his coordinators. Scott said it was a big key for Kitchens to add veteran assistants to his staff and also explained the hiring of Kitchens himself. He said Kitchens has a personality that draws players in and his relationship with Baker Mayfield was certainly a key. He did say there are certain areas of growth he'll need to see from Kitchens, as he would with any first time NFL head coach. Scott did address play-calling duties, and whether Todd Monken would assume those.
