Kenny Kidd

At a young age Kenny Kidd had an eye on entertaining the masses. He studied drama at the Cleveland Playhouse & Dobama Theatre in Coventry and was a huge part of the drama program at Garfield Hts. High School where he was awarded Best Male Performer of his 1995 graduating class. As a child of the 80's and 90's he grew up loving Cleveland Sports, Wrestling and Heavy Metal. After High School, Kidd combined his loves and created P.A.W. (Poor Ass Wrasslin) where he remains the only Undefeated 4-Time Champion. After age started to creep upon him, Kidd decided to give up backyard wrestling and translate his talents to another medium, Radio. After graduating from the Ohio Center for Broadcasting, where he was presented with The Nev Chandler Award for Excellence in Broadcasting, Kidd got his start in Akron radio giving news updates & running remote broadcast. After a few years he later moved to Sandusky and hosted his own afternoon show where He was named the Best "On-Air" D.J. by his listeners for the local paper. His love for Cleveland brought him back to the 216 in 2011 where he joined the The Ken Carman Show on the new FM home of Cleveland Sportstalk 92.3 The Fan. For years Kidd pulled double duty as part of the night show on The Fan, as well as hosting NCX Football encore after Browns games on our sister station 98.5 WNCX. In spring of 2016 Kidd was reunited with Ken Carman in the mornings on The newly minted Ken Carman Show w/ Anthony Lima, where he can be heard chiming in on the daily discussions & hijinx as well as delivering swift Sweet Chin Musics to deserving callers. In honor of his favorite wrestler Chris Jericho, Kenny Kidd proudly proclaims himself as "The Best in the World at What I Do". And defies anyone who says differently.
