Carman and Lima: What does zero tolerance mean for the Cleveland Browns?

HOUR 2: Browns WR Antonio Callaway was cited for marijuana possession early Sunday morning and we’ve heard from coach Hue Jackson in the past that there would be “no tolerance” when it comes to Callaway who has a history of run-ins with authorities in the past that keep him off the field for the entire 2017 season in Florida.  Ken and Anthony talked about what no tolerance means and if the coaching staff is trying to motivate Baker Mayfield into winning the starting job or teaching him not to trust them.
