You down with OP(p)? well, Indians pitching coach Carl Willis apparently isn't because last night when manager Terry Francona requested left handed reliever Oliver Perez, nicknamed OP, Willis thought he heard OT and sent in the right handed Dan Otero. Otero gave up a 3 run double against lefty Joey Votto and the Indians blew the lead in the 9th.  Ken Carman and Anthony spent the 1st hour of the show talking about it and how it could have been prevented in this podcast.
